What I've built, and what I'm building. Software, hardware, the sites, and the businesses underneath. Most of these I run every day. A couple I'm still putting together. I try a tool on myself before it touches the floor.

Software & hardware

Atlas

· software ·in progress

A dashboard for Western Building Supply. Building it because the team was flying blind between screens. It pulls the company's operating data into one place, so anyone can see how things are actually running.

Atlas, productized

· software ·pre-launch

Atlas, made into a product for other building-materials and post-frame shops like mine. One codebase, self-serve, set up by the user. Grounded in a tool I'm building to run a real company, not a concept on a whiteboard. Pre-launch, with a waitlist.

Pre-launch. Get on the list.

Truss-line counter

· hardware ·in progress

A Raspberry Pi and a camera over the truss line. Building it to kill the clipboard and the end-of-shift guessing. Computer vision that'll watch the line and count production on its own.

Skyscope

· hardware ·live

An ESP32 flight-tracker radar with its own site. Built it because it was worth building. Tracks the aircraft overhead in real time.

WBS Tycoon

· software ·live

A browser tycoon game about running Western Building Supply. Buy lumber, feed the truss line, keep your word to contractors, and grow a million-dollar operation. Built it to show how the business actually makes money. It lives on Western's site.

Built for myself first

The proving ground. I run a habit on my own life or my own curiosity before I bring it to the business.

The 4 Pillar Man

· software ·live

Tracks faith, family, fitness, and finance. Daily tracking, journaling, a little competition. Built it because what gets measured gets done.

Personal finance tool

· software ·running

Upload a bill, it reads it and turns it into data you can actually query, then answers things like why a payment changed. Built it for myself.

29029 live tracker

· software ·live

A real-time GPS and data system I built to watch myself climb 29,029 feet, lap by lap. The same live-data instinct I bring to the floor, pointed at a mountain.

Sites I've built
