These terms govern the personal SMS notification service operated by Bruce Hilty.
Program description
This is a personal account-notification service. A private application I built and operate sends automated operational updates and alerts via SMS to the account owner's own mobile number. The owner is the sender and the recipient. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
Consent
The account owner consents to receive these messages by entering their mobile number into the application and enabling notifications.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
