These terms govern the Bruce Hilty Personal / Daisy application-to-person (A2P) SMS program operated by Bruce Hilty.
Program description
Bruce Hilty Personal / Daisy is a household operations assistant application. The application sends transactional SMS from (307) 323-4027 to vendors and service providers who already have a business relationship with Bruce Hilty — for example appointments, scheduling, and service follow-ups with a barber, groomer, or propane company. Messages are triggered by the application when Bruce approves a task.
This is an application-to-person (A2P) program. It is not marketing, not bulk messaging, and not personal friend or family chat. Recipients are consented business contacts. The owner is not the only recipient, and this program is not person-to-person (P2P) texting.
Consent
Recipients receive messages because they already have a business relationship with Bruce Hilty and have consented to transactional SMS about appointments, scheduling, or service follow-ups.
Message frequency
Message frequency is up to 20 messages per month and varies with scheduled work.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
Privacy
How mobile numbers and message data are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
