Build with AI. Own the stack.

I use AI to move fast. I've scaffolded an app with a tool in a weekend. But I don't rent the thing that runs a business. Fast at the start, owned underneath. I'll take an AI-built draft, pull it onto my own stack, rewrite the rented parts, and understand it all the way down. Fast is a starting line, not a finish.

What most shop-floor software gets wrong.

Most software for manufacturers is sold by people who've never run one. It's built for the demo, not for the Tuesday. It measures what's easy to measure, not what actually moves the floor. I build the other way. I start from the number a shop can't see, on a line I'm responsible for, and I don't stop until it's right at 4 a.m. with the phone in my pocket.

Hilty.
